Update

I spoke with Linda this afternoon and they are going to attempt to place a feeding tube directly into Tom's stomach. The current method was feeding though his nasal passageway which is designed for short-term use. The feeding tube will be less irritating and will be easier to get nutrients to Tom that he needs for his body to heal. They are also trying to figure out why his pancreatic cyst is refilling. I will post again as soon as I hear how the procedure goes. It may be late as we both have soccer games tonight.

Sadly, you are stuck with either myself or Dave's posting for the time being. Linda's laptop was stolen from Tom's hospital room. While U of M is taking this very seriously, she doesn't have a computer. One has been ordered but it could take up to a month for it to arrive.

Please pray for this procedures success and Tom's healing!

Love, Laurie

Wow, I am happy to hear that Tom is getting the nutrition he needs now in a less harsh way. Prayers are being said daily for them here.

I can not believe someone would steal a patients Laptop. That is OUTRAGEOUS! Im glad the hospital is taking it seriously though. Thanks for the updates.
