The soup that Tom is enjoying right now was actually made by Aunt Theresa. Oh my gosh! I had some and it is amazing. I was only checking to make sure it wasn't too hot. ha ha There is wonderful looking soup in the freezer here from Sue and offers coming over the phone. What makes you feel better than soup?
Big visit today by Anna and Neva. They were their typical bundles of fun and energy. A few minutes tuckered Tom out. He had a big grin on his face though. The girls left with rubber gloves and masks. They were thrilled. Their next stop was Grandma Hundts for Alberts annual Hot Wheels Race, complete with heats, detailed standings charts, and prizes. Thanks "World's Cutest Mom," Laurie for bringing them up and a big thank you to David who as you know was a big movie fan with Tom until 4:30 a.m. this morning. Both Tom and David and sleeping as I write. David found a bedroom at Grandmas, posted a sign, and konked out. David is an amazing person and now a lifting/eating coach to boot. Love, Linda

The girls were so happy to see Papa and to know that he is just himself. I know they we comforted, the idea of being in the hospital was scary to them. The nurses were a riot! It is good that they now have a positive experience attached to the idea of being at the hospital! Tom was such a good sport, I loved watching Anna pat his arm!

Laugther is the best possible medicine you can get and there is no better way then from the sounds of kids (grandkids)..what a great dose for the day :-) Thoughts and prayers and of course laughter...love you all!

Tom, Linda and the rest of the Hundts, we think about you each and every day. Praying for Tom to be happy and healthy and for Linda to be happy and relaxed. I know it is hard but Linda, you should take some time for yourself, go get a pedicure or something, maybe go with Laurie next time she is there. We love you all!
