13 hrs too much

Hello everyone, it is Thursday. Our fast is over We started eating real, raw food today. It is excellent and filling. Linda bought a cook book, but nothing we eat here is cooked. The whole program has been very informative, but Tuesday we had a class on the bowel. There was about 13 hrs of instruction more than anyone could need or want. thank goodness that is over! Today, we learned how to make 'asian rolls'. I imagined egg rolls or some other veggies wrapped in pastry. The pastrie today was very thinly sliced zuchini. They were very good and filling. We have Saturday and Sunday off. We'll be exploring Coldwater and Union City probably, maybe a stop at the Coldwater MSP Post to see if there's anyone there we know anymore.Ben Bordner the Service trooper from Traverse City was there and doing well the last I knew.We are about 1/4 done here at the Creative Health Institute. It is a great place to be but I'm anxious to go home.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. You are saving my life. i know you have saved my soul because you taught me to have faith again. Linda and I are doing very well. When I get my next MRI in early January, I know I will be free of Cancer.

That's too bad about the icecream. Did they say anything about Rita's water ice?
I could use some nutrition classes right now. We are so deep into Gracie's highfat diet that I get all the info mixed up when trying to plan our meals.
Glad to hear you are both taking control of your life. Miss and Love you!
